It is at the top of your confirmation email, right under the subject line. It looks like this, and the year is the year you ordered:

No confirmation email? Check your spam folder, then write to us: the email address you ordered with is enough for us to find it.
After you order

A figurine is made after you buy it, not picked off a shelf. Here is the whole run, so nothing on this page is a surprise.
About 12 to 14 business days in total, counting from your approval.
Timing, again: production starts after you approve the render and takes 10 business days, then 3 to 5 days of tracked shipping.

Straight after payment. Your confirmation email carries the order number this page asks for.

Preview of your piece
You get a preview of your 3D model here and by email. You have 24 hours to approve it or ask for a change. Without an answer it is approved automatically and production starts.

In production
10 business days from your approval. Printing, cleanup, paint, and a check of every model before it is boxed.

3 to 5 days of tracked shipping, with the number on this page and in an email.

Send us a photo of it in the wild. That is how the reviews wall gets made.

I want to change a photo
Possible right up to the moment you approve the render. Send us the new photo and we redo the render with it.
Photo guideMy address is wrong
Fixable any time before the box leaves, which on a made-to-order figurine is most of the wait. Write to us with the order number.

Delivery windows are business days and a customs stop can add a few. Past the window, write to us: we chase the carrier ourselves.
