Cookie Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the cookies and the similar technologies (local storage, session storage, the browser database, tracking pixels) that the Figurly site places or reads on your device. The law treats them the same way, and so do we. The full list is in the table below.

2. The categories we use

Strictly necessary: they make the site work (cart, checkout, payment, sign-in, your designs and photos in progress, security, display choices you made, and remembering your cookie choice). They do not need your consent and cannot be switched off, because the site cannot work without them.

Support chat (Crisp): lets you talk to our team. Set with your consent, or when you open the chat yourself.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics, Klay analytics): aggregate statistics on visits and purchases, to improve the shop.

Advertising (Meta pixel): measures our ads on Facebook and Instagram and helps show them to people likely to be interested.

3. Your choice

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and California, nothing optional is set until you choose. Our banner offers "Reject all" and "Accept all" side by side, with the same weight, and "Customize" lets you accept some categories and not others. Refusing changes nothing about what you can buy.

Elsewhere, including the rest of the United States, the optional categories are on by default and no banner is shown. You can switch any of them off at any time from "Cookie settings" or "Your Privacy Choices" at the bottom of every page.

Everywhere, a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser switches advertising off, and no click on "Accept all" overrides it.

Your choice is kept for 6 months, then we ask again; we also ask again when we add a tool to the list. You can change it at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page or the button on this page. Withdrawing consent deletes the optional items we can reach on our own domain, reloads the page without the tools concerned, and stops new ones from being set. We keep a record of each choice (a random identifier, the choice, the date, the versions of this policy, your country; never your name, email or IP address) for 3 years, to be able to prove it.

4. Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings (in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, under Privacy or Site data). Blocking strictly necessary items, or clearing them, empties your cart, signs you out and can detach the designs you made from your device.
